Documentary filmmaker Evelyn Schels in her new movie The Body of Truth shows the artists Marina Abramovic, Sigalit Landau, Katharina Sievering and Shirin Neshat staging their bodies in unusual ways. Central theme behind their art is often political conflicts in their countries of origin, where war has been raging for years alongside violence and oppression of the population.
